Home Sweet RV Home
I've been here at the RV park long enough now to feel settled in. The fall colors are really popping out now that days are so much shorter and we've had a couple of frosty nights. I've got plenty of entertainment right outside my door, as you'll see from the slideshow at right - birds galore, and a little kitty friend who came to watch them the other day. I've counted at least 10 different bird species at my feeder - often all at the same time, but many are so shy that the minute I approach the door to take a photo they disappear. I'll say one thing, they are eating me out of house and home. If the volume of sunflower seeds that has disappeared is any clue it's going to be a very cold winter!

Moving on
Some of you know we've spent the past month madly packing. Our house sold, and with a 30 day escrow we really had to hustle! Steve just arrived with the u-haul at The Ranch this evening. I've been staying in the RV at an RV park near work. It will be a strange couple of months, but we've had worse! Steve will be back by the end of the month to cheer on the Ducks at the game against SC. Go Ducks!!
